Welcome to the County of Simcoe Bid Opportunities Website

This site allows potential bidders to easily view bid opportunities posted by the County of Simcoe.

To access our bid opportunities, download documents, and register as plan takers, potential bidders are required to create a system vendor account if you are not currently a bids&tenders™ subscriber. During account creation it is important to select all commodity codes relevant to your line of business to ensure that your company receives an email notification each time an opportunity is posted within your selected commodity codes.

CFTA Notice of Participation in Buying Group
 

This communication facilitates compliance with the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) requirement that a procuring entity publish a notice of participation in a buying group.

The Corporation of the County of Simcoe participates in the following buying groups:

Debriefs
 

Debriefing meetings are available to unsuccessful Bidders/Proponents upon request. All requests shall be in writing and submitted to bids@simcoe.ca within ten (10) days of the published award decision.

Note:  Be aware that documents obtained from 3rd party websites may not contain all required information. Bidders/Proponents are advised that bids&tenders is the official website for County of Simcoe opportunities.
