The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Request for Proposal No. 2018-094 For: Environmental Monitoring & Consulting Services The County of Simcoe is requesting proposals for environmental monitoring and consulting services for the County’s active and closed landfill sites. The successful Proponent will be a qualified Environmental Consulting firm who will act as the County of Simcoe’s agent with respect to compliance with applicable legislation and the County’s Environmental Compliance Approvals (ECA’s) for the landfill sites identified in this RFP. This contract becomes effective January 1, 2019 with the County’s current Environmental Consultants completing the site specific 2018 Annual Monitoring Reports (AMR’s) in 2019.
