For:  RECYCLING, HAULAGE AND PROCESSING SERVICES FOR SCRAP METAL AND CFC APPLIANCES

The County invites qualified proponents to submit proposals to provide collection, haulage, processing, and marketing services for scrap metal and CFC-containing appliances across multiple waste management facilities.

Objectives

The County seeks a service provider that will:

  • Deliver safe, compliant, and efficient operations
  • Maximize material recovery and revenue
  • Minimize environmental impact
  • Provide high service reliability and transparency
