The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Request for Tender No. 2019-009 For: Kitchen Replacements at 216 Cook St. Barrie The Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) owns and operates 28 social housing buildings within the County of Simcoe. These residential buildings range from larger high rises to smaller two and three story walk-ups, as well as detached and semi-detached scattered housing. This Request for Tender is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation. This townhouse building, located at 216 Cook Street, Barrie, ON, is owned and operated by Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC). There are twenty three (23) units at this location requiring kitchen replacements that will include replacement and disposal of existing cabinets, counter tops, sinks, faucets and related plumbing.
