The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Proposal No. 2020-054 For: MUNICIPAL COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW The County of Simcoe is requesting Proposals for the provision of a multi-disciplinary consultant team to undertake the County’s first Municipal Comprehensive Review (MCR) as required by A Place to Grow: Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe 2020 (Growth Plan). The objective of the MCR is to bring the County of Simcoe Official Plan policies and mapping into conformity with the Growth Plan, to be consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement 2020 (PPS), and to have regard for matters of provincial interests in accordance with the Planning Act. |
