The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Proposal No. 2025-067 For: RECYCLABLE MATERIAL PROCESSING The Owner is inviting qualified Proponents to submit comprehensive Proposals for the provision of recyclable materials processing services. This scope of work encompasses the full lifecycle of handling recyclable materials, including the receipt, collection, sorting, and transformation of post-consumer and post-industrial recyclables into clean, market-ready raw materials. These processed outputs must meet industry standards suitable for use in the manufacturing of new products. The successful Proponent will be responsible for implementing efficient and environmentally responsible processing methods, maintaining accurate records of material volumes and composition, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and quality assurance protocols. The County seeks innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions that contribute to its long-term waste diversion and resource recovery goals. |
