The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Request for Tender No. 2018-033 For: Appliances for Wasaga Beach Development The Simcoe County Housing Corporation manages multi-unit housing locations across the County of Simcoe and are constructing one new apartment building at 175 Zoo Park Road, in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. This "L" shaped building consists of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units for a total of 99 units over four floors. Occupancy for these new buildings is planned for mid-2019. Whirlpool manufactured appliances are the standardized product line used in Simcoe County Housing Corporation buildings. The purpose of this tender is to secure pricing quotes for the supply, installation and set-up of appliances for this location. This Tender is for the provision of: • Six (6) Front Load Washers, Under this Tender, all goods are to be provided in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and Specifications as noted in Section 5 – Scope of Work.
