For: TENANT FOR THE CAFÉ AT THE COUNTY’S ORILLIA AFFORDABLE HOUSING CAMPUS LOCATION LOCATED AT 250 WEST ST NORTH

The Simcoe County Housing Corporation is seeking Expressions of Interest from organizations and/or businesses interested in operating a café facility in the County’s Affordable Housing Campus. The County’s Orillia Affordable Housing Campus development is a multi-generational, mixed-use hub containing affordable housing, community services, and County supportive services.

The County’s Orillia Affordable Housing Campus is located at 250 West Street North, at the corner of West Street North and Borland Street East in Orillia, Ontario.

The café operations would be intended to provide services to tenants, partner agencies on site, as well as offer services for meetings in various program rooms, as well as events and forums in the central HUB area. In addition, the cafe can serve the general public during business hours.

Site visit to inspect the café and community kitchen space can be arranged with interested parties on the following dates:

1. Thursday, October 30 @ 9:00 a.m.
2. Thursday, October 30 @ 3:00 p.m.
