The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. 

Request for Proposal No. 2018-021

For: Construction Manager at Risk Services Wasaga Beach Affordable Housing Development

The Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) is planning the redevelopment of a 4 acre site located in the Town of Wasaga Beach.

The preliminary design includes an approximate 100,000 square foot single 4 story masonry building on the site including surface parking and green space. The building is intended for a mix of families and seniors occupying one, two and 3 bedroom units. The building also contains common rooms, and programs room for social agencies to deliver services to residents and the community.
