The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Request for Tender No. 2018-074 For: Metal Roof Installation at 25 Napier St. Collingwood The Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) owns and operates 28 social housing buildings within the County of Simcoe. These residential buildings range from larger high rises to smaller two and three story walk-ups, as well as detached and semi-detached scattered housing. This Request for Tender is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation.
Included, in the supply and installation of this new 26 gauge metal roofing, is new matching trim(s), flashing(s), roof venting (ridge and static vents), snow stops and other incidentals necessary to complete the work as per the manufacturer’s instruction and specifications.
The County is looking for a not to exceed price of $6.25 per square foot plus HST, which would include all materials as specified in the scope of work and all installation.
