The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Proposal No. 2025-076 For: Long-Term Care Beds & Mattress Surfaces The County of Simcoe is seeking proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of falls-prevention bed systems and compatible mattress solutions for use across its four long-term care homes located in Beeton, Penetanguishene, Orillia, and Collingwood, Ontario. The scope of work includes the provision of standardized bed systems and mattress options that support resident safety, comfort, infection prevention, and clinical care. The successful proponent will be responsible for delivery within required timelines, on-site setup and commissioning, staff training, and ongoing warranty and service support. The solution must be suitable for long-term care environments and capable of supporting consistent implementation across multiple sites. |
