The County of Simcoe, on behalf of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation, is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Tender No. 2026-116 For: SALTO DOORS AT 559 KING ST, MIDLAND The Owner is requesting Tenders for the provision to replace and upgrade door systems at 559 King Street, Midland, a 49-unit apartment building. The project includes the removal and replacement of 49 residential suite doors and 23 service doors, complete with new Salto XS4 electronic access control hardware, door accessories, and finishing requirements.
The work also includes the installation and integration of automatic door operators, controllers, electrical infrastructure, and a Salto-integrated key lock box. The successful bidder will be responsible for all programming, testing, commissioning, and integration with SCHC's existing Salto access control system, providing a complete turnkey solution |
