The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Tender No. 2024-085 For: This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC). The SCHC is requesting tenders for removal, disposal, and replacement of existing domestic hot water (DHW), domestic cold water (DCW) and domestic hot water recirculation (DHWR) system with Type K Copper, or Uponor PEX as per the tender documents. It is SCHC’s preference to install Type K Copper. Should the Type K Copper submissions exceed budget, SCHC will then consider Uponor PEX pricing. The location of work is 18 Sophia St E, Barrie.
