The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Online electronic submissions through the Bidding System or emailed submissions to bids@simcoe.ca will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Expression of Interest No. 2026-095 For: Leachate Removal, Transportation and Disposal Services, Oro Landfill This Request for Expressions of Interest ("RFEI") is being issued for information gathering purposes only. The County wishes to better understand current marketplace for leachate removal, transportation and disposal services. The core services required pertain to pump-out and removal of landfill leachate from the Oro Landfill, located at 610 Old Barrie Road West in Oro-Medonte, Ontario. This RFEI does not constitute a call for tenders or proposals and shall not create any contractual obligations or rights of any kind. Responses will not be evaluated or ranked, and the County is not obligated to proceed with any future procurement or enter negotiations with any respondent.
