The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Request for Proposal No. 2019-025 For: Bridge Data Management & 2019 OSIM Inspection Program The County of Simcoe’s bridge inventory consists of 201 bridges and structural culverts. The County is seeking consulting engineering services to assist in updating the bridge inventory database to transition to the County’s new bridge management software (OSIMple) that will be deployed in 2019.
