Request for Tender No. 2025R50-3293-01 The County of Simcoe is requesting Tenders for the provision of hot mix paving consisting of milling the existing asphalt surface, application of stress absorbing membrane interlayer (SAMI), resurfacing of existing pavement with 12.5 mm Superpave top course at a compacted depth of 50 mm and the subsequent shouldering.
