For: ROOF REPLACEMENT AT 100 MILLER PARK, BRADFORD, ON

This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing
Corporation (SCHC).


SCHC is looking for a Certified Euroshield Installer contractor to remove the asphalt shingles and to supply
& install at a Euroshield Rubber Roof system. As well as the removal of the existing soffit, fascia,
eavestrough, downspouts & siding and the supply & install of new soffit, fascia, eavestrough, leafguard,
downspouts & siding.


The building located at 100 Miller Park Ave., Bradford, ON is 76-unit seniors building. The roof on this
building is at the end of its effective life and requires replacement.
