The County of Simcoe, on behalf of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation, is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Tender No. 2026-073 For: SUITE AND SERVICE DOORS AT 1 BLAKE ST BARRIE The County of Simcoe is requesting Tenders for Door Project and Common area upgrade project at 1 Blake street, Barrie, ON. At a glance, this project involves the Removal and disposal of old suite/service doors and after removal Bidders will be required to supply and install new suite doors, service room doors, new door hardware and new Salto locks for all door listed. This project also involves the removal of all carpet flooring & baseboard. After removal, bidders are required to supply and install pre-selected ceramic tile flooring and matching baseboard tile and specified trims throughout the common areas of the building. In addition to this, all bidders are required to patch, repair and paint all common hallway walls, stairwells and ceilings through the common areas. Bidders will also remove ceiling grids on all floors and replace with new grid, lights and other incidentals. Bidders will also create a new doorway into common room named A121. All of this work is to be completed inside of the building at 1 Blake street, Barrie, ON |
