Request for Expression of Interest No. 2026-060 For: LEASE OF CAFÉ SPACE The Corporation of the County of Simcoe is seeking Expressions of Interest in the Lease of Café Space within our Administration complex located at 1110 Highway 26, Midhurst, Ontario. The County of Simcoe Administration Centre is the operations hub for one of the fastest growing counties in southern Ontario. The Corporation delivers services to over 400,000 county-residents in 16 towns and townships, and the single-tier municipalities of the City of Barrie and the City of Orillia. This municipal government complex houses approximately 300 staff Monday to Friday plus hundreds of visitors and public meeting attendees monthly. |
