The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Tender No. 2025R22-483-01 For: COUNTY ROAD 22 SITE PREPARATION CONTRACT No. 1 The County of Simcoe is requesting Tenders for the provision of site preparation works for Phase 1 of the reconstruction of County Road 22 (Horseshoe Valley Road) between Line 3 N and Horseshoe Boulevard in Oro-Medonte. These site preparation works include but are not limited to traffic control to facilitate construction, tree and brush removal, installation of driveway and large cross culverts and other storm sewer works, dewatering, construction of large retaining walls, grading work, slope stabilization, road works and paving, and steel beam guiderail installation. PLEASE NOTE: This opportunity is publicly visible, but only the following prequalified Tier 1 Roads Reconstruction Contractors will be permitted to submit a bid: Arnott Construction Brennan Paving & Construction Clearway Construction Dufferin Construction Fermar Paving Georgian Paving GIP Paving Graham Brothers Construction North Rock Group Tender Cancellation – 2025R22‑483‑01 This notice confirms that Tender 2025R22‑483‑01, County Road 22 Site Preparation – Contract No. 1, is cancelled. All bids received exceeded the available budget, and the County has elected to terminate the procurement without award. Thank you for your submission and participation.
