The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Request for Information No. 2025-049 For: FLEET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE SOLUTION The County of Simcoe is seeking an off-the-shelf information management solution to enhance its Fleet Management operations and decision making. The desired system should be a flexible "bolt-on" tool capable of tracking, reporting, and data analysis, with a goal to identify and manage key performance indicators and improve overall fleet management processes. As a mature fleet operation, the County team has accumulated extensive data and has a clear understanding of what we require in a fleet management information system. Any new system must be proven to successfully integrate with SAP S4HANA and with other existing County Fleet systems, such as Acetech AVL, Profuel, Simcom, or similar systems, facilitating the access/upload/download of data simply and efficiently to provide an overall view of our Fleet Information. |
