The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors.  Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity.

Request for Proposal No. 2023-027

The County of Simcoe is acting as the procurement lead agency for this Request for Proposal and is requesting Proposals on behalf of the County,  the Township of Tiny and the Town of Midland for the supply and delivery of the following vehicles:

For the County of Simcoe:

• Three (3) New 2023 New Full Size 4WD Extended Cab Pick-up Trucks, as per the specifications described herein.

For the Township of Tiny:

• One (1) New 2023 ¾ Ton Regular Cab Truck with Dump Insert, as per the specifications described herein; and
• One (1) New 2023 One Ton Regular Cab Truck with Dump Body, as per the specifications described herein.

Optionally the Township of Tiny may purchase one (1) additional One Ton Truck with Dump Body of the same make, model, year proposed and specifications for a total of three (3) vehicles.

For the Town of Midland:

• Two (2) New 2023 Full Size 4WD Crew Cab Pick-Up Trucks, as per the specifications described herein;
• One (1) New 2023 Full Size 4WD Crew Cab Pick-Up Truck with Lift Gate, as per the specifications described herein; and
• One (1) New 2023 Full Size 4WD Crew Cab Pick-Up Truck (different specs from the truck noted above), as per the specifications described herein.
