The County of Simcoe, on behalf of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation, is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Tender No. 2025-070 For: EXTERIOR DOOR & WINDOW REPLACEMENT 108 BURTON AVENUE, BARRIE, ON This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC). SCHC is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade the existing exterior patio doors and windows (1 opening per unit) for 25 units, as well as two doors on the second floor going to the roof top. Completion of project is to be as early as possible with completion no later than October 30, 2025. |
