The County of Simcoe, on behalf of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation, is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Tender No. 2024-079 For: PARAPET EXTENSION & ROOF REPLACEMENT AT 1 BLAKE STREET, BARRIE ON This Request for Tender is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC). The location of work is 1 Blake Street, Barrie, ON. The SCHC is requesting tenders from qualified contractors for the removal and Installation of 2 Ply Modified Bitumen System to the existing main roof, penthouse roofs and lower front entrance roof. The new replacement roofs shall be installed as per the manufacture’s specifications. This project also includes the modification and or replacement of existing rooftop services, roof anchors and drains on each roof where required. |
