Request for Expression of Interest No. 2024-107 For: LTC MOBILE EYECARE SERVICES The County of Simcoe is seeking the services of a full-service mobile eyecare provider to deliver comprehensive optometry services to residents of our four (4) long-term care homes and seniors' services buildings. The Provide must offer on-site eye examinations, vision screenings, consultations, eyewear sales, and service & repairs. All services will be billed directly to the resident or processed through OHIP or residents' insurance plan if applicable. The four long-term care homes operated by the County of Simcoe are: - Georgian Manor - Simcoe Manor - Sunset Manor - Trillium Manor |
