The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Request for Tender No. 2018-044 For: 246 Oxford St. Orillia - Sidewalks, Stoops & Timber Removal & Replacement The Simcoe County housing Corporation (SCHC) owns and operates 28 social housing buildings within the County of Simcoe. These residential buildings range from larger high rises to smaller two and three story walk-ups, as well as detached and semi-detached scattered housing. This Request for Tender is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation. 246 Oxford Street in Orillia, Ontario is a five building townhouse complex which contains 32 units. The County is looking for qualified supplier(s) to remove and replace front entrance sidewalks and concrete stoops, 6"x6" pressure treated timber sidewalk edging and retaining walls throughout the site as specified in the tender documents.
