The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Proposal No. 2024-016 For: Audio Visual and Communications Upgrade in Simcoe County Council Chambers The County of Simcoe is requesting Proposals from qualified vendors to upgrade and adapt our current Council Chamber audio visual (AV) system to meet the needs of Council members and the public alike; offering in-person or virtual (hybrid) attendance to sessions held within the County Council Chambers. Parties interested in responding to this Request for Proposal must PASS 100% of the Mandatory Requirements noted in Section 7.3 of the RFP document. |
