The County of Simcoe, on behalf of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation, is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Tender No. 2024-070 For: REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF SUITE AND SERVICE DOORS AT 25 NAPIER STREET, COLLINGWOOD, ON This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC). The building at 25 Napier St in Collingwood Ontario is a two-storey apartment building that contains 53 units. SCHC requires the successful bidder to supply all labour and materials to complete this project as described within this tender. This includes the removal and replacement of each unit’s door frame, door and other incidentals to complete to project. Installation of the Salto Lock System on the new doors shall be completed by the successful contractor of RFT 2024-072 Salto Lock System. Installation must be coordinated and scheduled accordingly by the successful contractor of this RFT |
