The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Proposal No. 2025-104 For: FLEET MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM SOFTWARE & IMPLEMENTATION The County is requesting Proposals for the purchase and implementation of an off-the-shelf Fleet Management Information System (FMIS) to enhance its Fleet Management operations and decision making. The desired system should be a flexible "bolt-on" tool capable of tracking, reporting, and data analysis, with a goal to identify and manage key performance indicators (KPI) and improve overall fleet management processes. As a mature fleet operation, the County team has accumulated extensive fleet data in our existing SAP S4HANA database that sends or receives data either automatically or manually from various other systems such as our fuel, AVL and existing ticket system which we would aim to integrate with any new FMIS. Therefore, any new system must:
