The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Proposal No. 2024-039 For: FACILITY CLEANING SERVICES AT VARIOUS COUNTY OF SIMCOE LOCATIONS The County of Simcoe is inviting Submissions from qualified Proponents to provide Facility Cleaning Services for the locations identified in the Scope of Work, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. In order to be considered, proponents must provide pricing for all sites and complete all work as indicated for each site. This RFP is being issued by the County of Simcoe, and on behalf of Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions. Where the County is referenced, it is assumed that Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions is included. Simcoe Muskoka Family Connexions will act as a separate legal entity and shall contract with the successful Proponent(s) on an individual basis through the issuance of individual purchase orders and/or an agreement. Payment terms and delivery schedules for the Work will be agreed upon with each Agency. |
