The County of Simcoe, on behalf of the Simcoe County Housing Corporation, is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Tender No. 2026-067 For: ELECTRICAL SWITCHBOARD REPLACEMENT AT 46 MARIA ST, PENETANGUISHENE, ON This Request for Tender is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC). The SCHC is requesting submissions for the provision of services to replace the main switchboard, panel boards, transformer, primary duct bank, secondary duct bank and secondary feeders and perform associated work as described herein for the SCHC building at 46 Maria St, Penetanguishene. NOTE: Only vendors prequalified in 2025-060 RFPQ are eligible to participate. The Terms and Conditions of original RFPQ (2025-060) shall remain in effect.
