Description: 

The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. 

Request for Tender No. 2018-019

For:  Five New Ford Expeditions,SSV Package

The County of Simcoe Paramedic Service (CSPS) is responsible for serving an area of approximately 4,800 square kilometres. The CSPS coverage area ranges from York and Peel regions in the south, the District of Muskoka in the north, Durham Region and City of Kawartha Lakes to the east, Grey County and Dufferin Counties to the west. The CSPS currently operates from within 16 response stations throughout the County, and the County Administration Centre, with over 60 vehicles and over 350 staff.

The Town of New Tecumseth Fire Rescue operates 3 fire stations located within New Tecumseth, Station 1-Alliston, Station 2-Beeton and Station 3-Tottenham with a response area of 180 sq. kilometres and including a population of approximately 34,000 residents both rural and urban.

This Request for Tender is for the purchase of four (4) new 2018 Ford Expeditions Special Service Package (SSV package series code # U1G package 100A) for the County of Simcoe and one (1) new 2018 Ford Expedition 4WD Special Service Package (SSV Package series code #U1G package 100A) for The Town of New Tecumseth Fire.

All vehicles are to be provided in accordance with the Schedule of Specifications in this Request for Tender.

The County of Simcoe and New Tecumseth requires the option to order additional vehicles, if the need arises. 

Please refer to the Scope of Work (Section 5) for detailed instructions and specifications.
