For: Construction Manager at Risk for the SCHC Corporation Bradford West Gwillimbury Affordable Housing Development

The Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) is seeking the services of a Construction Manager at Risk to act as a trusted representative of and consultant to the Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC), monitoring and coordinating the subcontractors, providing advice and input to the management team overseeing the construction of this redevelopment, as described within the RFP document.
