For: Parking Lot and Sidewalk Replacement at 150 Albert Street Collingwood

The work consists of the provision of all labour, materials, and equipment to provide the removal and disposal of all interlock sidewalks, removal & replacement of asphalt, concrete curbs, concrete sidewalk and other modifications as listed below and as specified in the Tender documents.
The work, materials and processes quoted must, at a minimum, meet or exceed the specifications listed. All relevant testing and/or specification documentation must accompany requests for approved equals prior to the question period deadline.
The awarded contractor is responsible for the removal, disposal of all existing material, and all other construction material and/or waste generated from the installation of the same. Disposal of all materials must comply with all relevant legislation. The contractor is responsible for all measurements, quantities, and installation requirements prior to submitting this quotation. Contractor is to supply all labour, materials, certifications, approvals, permits, and service locates required for the scope of work.
