The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Only online submissions will be accepted for this opportunity. Request for Quotation No. 2024-074 For: DEVELOPMENT OF EARLY YEARS AND CHILD CARE SYSTEM SERVICE PLAN FOR 2024-2028 The County of Simcoe Children Services Department is the legislated Consolidated Municipal Service Manager (CMSM) for the Early Years and Child Care (ELCC) Service System in Simcoe County. The Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014 requires CMSMs to develop a child care and early years service plan every five (5) years (service system plan) for their respective service area, informed through targeted consultations, and building on provincial and municipal priorities and interests. The County of Simcoe is requesting Quotations from qualified and experienced Consultants for the development of the Early Years and Child Care Plan for 2024-2028. |
