For: SUPPLY, DELIVERY & INSTALLATION OF KITCHEN APPLIANCES FOR ORILLIA AFFORDABLE HOUSING CAMPUS

This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC).
The SCHC manages multi-unit housing locations across the County of Simcoe and are constructing one new apartment building at 250 West Street North, in Orillia, Ontario. This “L” shaped building consists of bachelor, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units for a total of 131 residential units over four floors in the south wing and six floors in the west wing. Agency partners located on the ground floors are also participating in this RFT. Occupancy for these new buildings is planned for early Spring 2024.
The specified appliances are the standardized product line used in Simcoe County Housing Corporation buildings. The purpose of this tender is to secure pricing quotes for the supply, installation and set-up of appliances for this location.

 Fifty-Five (55) Fridge side by sides
 Eighty-Three (83) Stoves/Ranges
 Twenty-Nine (29) Wall Ovens
 Fifty-Five (55) 4 burner Cooktops
 Eighty-Three (83) SmartBurner sets – Pioneer Technology plug and play
 Fifteen (15) Microwaves
 Eleven (11) AODA compliant Dishwashers.
