This Request for Proposal is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC).
The Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) owns and operates a 40 unit, two storey residential apartment building located at 46 Maria St, Penetanguishene. The building is occupied by tenants. We are undertaking upgrades to the exterior of the building which includes replacement of eaves trough, soffit, and fascia of the building. The new eaves trough, soffit and fascia will be brown in colour.
