Request for Prequalification No. 2025-060

For: ELECTRICAL SERVICE CONTACTORS COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTAL

The intent of this Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is to solicit information from interested parties outlining their capabilities, qualifications and relevant experience to provide day to day maintenance and repairs for electrical services on an as needed basis.
 

The County of Simcoe is requesting Responses from Applicants interested in placement on one or both of the County’s Qualified Supplier List for the provision of:
 

1) Commercial Electrical Services Multi Use List will be for services delivered to the County of Simcoe work locations
 

2)Residential Electrical Services Multi Use List for services to be delivered to the Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) residential work locations
 

The two (2) established lists of pre-qualified electrical service Contractors shall provide day to day maintenance and repairs for electrical services over the term of this Multi Use List Arrangement.
 

It is the intent of the County to establish a list of prequalified Electrical Contractors who will be invited to respond to subsequent quotes released by the County on an as needed basis as described herein.
 

It is the intention of the Owner to select all Applicants who have been deemed qualified through the evaluation process for placement on the Qualified Supplier List.
