The County of Simcoe is seeking submissions from qualified and experienced vendors. Request for Tender No. 2018-043 For: Metal Roof Installation at 25 Napier St. Collingwood The Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) owns and operates 28 social housing buildings within the County of Simcoe. These residential buildings range from larger high rises to smaller two and three story walk-ups, as well as detached and semi-detached scattered housing. This Request for Tender is being issued by the County of Simcoe on behalf of Simcoe County Housing Corporation. 25 Napier Street is a two storey residential apartment building owned and operated by Simcoe County Housing Corporation (SCHC) in Collingwood ON. The County is looking for a qualified vendor to install a new 26 gauge metal roof directly over the existing asphalt shingled ‘gable’ style roof. The size of this roof is approximately 24,000 square feet. Included in the installation of this new 26 gauge metal roofing is new matching trim(s), flashing(s), roof venting, snow stops (over entire roofs). Installation is to follow the manufacturers instruction and specifications.
